Ryan started his career within the Care and Charity sector after working for a long time within Corporate Technology, and wanted to work in an organisation that made more of a difference to people’s lives.
Initially working within Digital Transformation for a large London-based charity he was able start to support change in a sector which sometimes resists new digital initiatives, and saw first-hand the benefits technology could have on quality of care.
Ryan’s real passion is enabling technology to be accessible to people of all ages and walks of life – along with understanding how everyday devices can support better care provision.
Ryan now supports and leads the largest clients of care software provider, Nourish Care, and focuses on success with a human touch - forget ‘tech’ language, doing things differently is the mantra. Understanding that challenges and fear of technology can present at all levels of an organisations means that he can support everyone to succeed.
