An associate trainer with the Alzheimer’s Society Training and Consultancy team with 23 years’ experience of working alongside people living with dementia.
Sue designs and facilitates training workshops across the UK to a broad range of audiences. The training workshops enable participants to understand the importance of the role that they play in improving and maintaining well-being.
As part of her role, Sue also carries out Observational audits to identify the nature of a care culture and the lived experience of people receiving support. She is currently part of the work with the Training and Consultancy team using tools to measure the impact of the environment across health and social care settings as well as local businesses and services.
