Celery has over 100 years of design and policy knowledge in the social and healthcare arena. We have developed a service which combines this knowledge to maximise the effectiveness and benefits of the technologies, resulting in a novel service offer unlike anything else on the market. Celery is developing a service which is aimed at keeping the elderly living at home longer. We are combining a cutting edge proprietary telehealth device with our customer focussed `digital caretaker` service. We build personalised relationships through daily wellbeing calls during which we can structure and administer care and support plans, organise maintenance and routine tasks, issue reminders and manage Personal Health Budgets or Personal Budgets. The service is facilitated through our proprietary digital telehealth telephone which captures key health metrics and provides real time health assistance and monitoring. Unlike other existing services, we work with the customer to identify what is at the core of them being able to stay in their own home, so rather than providing a prescriptive set of services we can build the exact support structures an individual needs that can adapt over time to suit the individual.
