Proactive Fire Protection

Stand: D554
''Fire Protection Safety is Our Priority'' A Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) is a legal requirement under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, but what happens once this is completed? In some instances, your FRA will highlight areas of concern and possible risk to buildings, contents and risk of injury or death to those in the environment. Proactive Fire Protection look to remedy the majority of the work highlighted, as set out by the FRA. This solution provides a safe environment with as little disruption as possible to the business, home or property. We will provide you with a free, no obligation quote based on the findings of your Fire Risk Assessment. Upon your approval a free first site inspection will be carried out and once start dates are confirmed you can feel confident that you have ensured your building and the people within it are as protected from the risk of fire related dangers as reasonably possible. - Free No Obligation Quote - Free Site Inspection - Approved Fire-Resistant Products Our quotes will include supply and fitment of all services, a finish to all products and removal of all old and unwanted materials. - No extra costs - No hidden costs We offer a like for like replacement, but the choice is yours. You may want to change the style of door? Perhaps you would like your old wooden window frames replaced with composite material? Your quote will be adjusted to reflect your decisions. We have a skilled set of carpenters who can remove, replace and provide a finish of your choice to any wood work related work. This includes; - Internal & External Fire Rated Doors and Frames - Fire Escape Doors with Frames - Electrical and Gas Service Cupboards Built To Specification - Glazed Wooden Framed Windows and Glass Panels - Hinges, Self-Closers, Handles, Signage - Fire Stopping Measures And for those who prefer; - PVC Windows and Doors We only use tested and approved fire-resistant products and methods of installation following the guidelines as set out by Lacors (Housing Fire Safety). We also have qualified fire door inspectors who can come to your property and check that all fire doors meet fire safety regulations under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. If not, the fire door inspection will identify doors that are not compliant and will either need replacing or adjusting to ensure they are correctly fitted and provide the right protection in the event of a fire. Following the inspection, we will provide you with a full report and can then carry out any works needed to protect your building and the occupants within it. We are based in Medway, Kent but cover any area in the South East of England and the London area and upon request can provide photos of our work.
