The importance of community for care professionals

Staying up to date with sector news, sharing best practice, chatting through the ideas of others, challenging norms, implementing self-care and sharing our burdens….. There are lots of reasons that community is important, especially when working in an area which requires you to bring your ‘whole self’ to work every day. Dawn explores how community can support better practice, stronger engagement and better access to sector knowledge.
