Geoffrey Cox is the MD of Southern Healthcare which started in 2001 and owns 4 Devon Nursing Homes.

Geoffrey is also the CEO of the Eden Alternative UK CIC, (non-profit) whose founders developed a global ‘care philosophy’ in the USA in 1994 to help reduce loneliness, helplessness and boredom in care settings and instead foster personal growth, empowerment and effective leadership across the stakeholders in the ‘care partnerships’. There are c2,000 Eden Associates in the UK, and c20,000 globally. The movement is growing steadily in 20 countries over 5 continents with an impact well beyond its size.
