Philippa has practised almost exclusively in the health and social care sector for nearly 20 years. In the Social Care sector, she has provided advice and support to caried providers ranging from the care home groups challenging Local Authority fee setting processes, the successful resistance of safeguarding and fraud investigation into alleged mis-use of client monies and successful challenge to the CQC on behalf of an indepedent living social care provider, to the conduct of an inspector and quality of the repoirt itself which resulted in the re-inspection by thr CQC and regrading from "inadequate" to "good" for the provider. The number of CQC Challenges she is engaged in, increases every month. Philippa also advises on GDPR and Data protection. Philippa eared an MA in Healthcare Ethics from Leeds University in 2008 inspired by the interpersonal relationship between private and NHS Health care.
